Location:

The Sundeck Hotel is located in Perisher Valley, NSW. It is halfway up the front valley approximately 100 metres above the base of the lifts.

Getting to Perisher Valley:

Car:

It is about six hours drive from Sydney, seven hours from Melbourne or two hours from Canberra.

Parking:

There is no overnight parking in Perisher Valley. Best parking is at the skitube terminal at Bullocks Flat (well signposted and on the road to Thredbo) about 15km from Jindabyne. The skitube runs regularly and will get you to the Perisher Station in 15 minutes.

Car Minding:

The price of the skitube has risen significantly this year - now $72 return per adult, $40 per child. You can leave your car with Arnie in Jindabyne for $120 per vehicle,plus park entry and they will drive you to Perisher and pick you up at the end of your stay.Contact Arnie 02 64572117

Bus:

There are regular bus services from Sydney, Canberra and Brisbane.

Air:

The closest serviced airport is Canberra. From Canberra there are regular shuttle buses on Friday, Saturday and Sunday - a three hour trip.

From Perisher Valley Skitube Station to the hotel:

Access is via oversnow transport provided by Hans Oversnow (included in tariff). They have a desk on the upper level of the Perisher station.
